Day 3
Crews began framing at 5 a.m., just 3 hours after the foundation was poured. Over 150 workers hustled through the morning to complete the shell of the house by 11 a.m. The home has all the windows and doors placed. The roof was finished in a race against the rain. Crews continue to work on the interior, finishing up electrical and plumbing. As the well is being drilled and the yard pond filled, the finishing touches are completed on the separate garage/work area behind the house. Work will continue through the night and into tomorrow as the volunteers push through to build a new home and a new life for the Nutsch family. View the images from today here.
